COUNTRY MEADOWS TUESDAY LADIES GOLF CLUB MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM Please complete the application and provide the necessary documentation. Your application will be reviewed and you will be notified by the Membership Chair. Information about our Club: Annual Dues: $140 (Golf season 2022 - will increase when required). Attested Scorecards: (3) completed and attested scorecards for 18 holes must be submitted with your application. Membership: To retain your membership each year, a minimum of 12 Tuesday games must be played within the Club Season ( April 1 to 31 October). Rules of Golf are in effect for our Club games. Pace of Play is important as we want you to enjoy your game. The Membership Chair will check the website for Application Forms OR you may leave at Country Meadows Pro Shop. If you have questions about our Club, our Membership Chair will be only too happy to assist you when she makes contact with you.
